Overall reflection
National Education Philosophy
Friends
a rose to be exact,
that never comes unlatched.
A friend is like an owl,
both beautiful and wise.
Or perhaps a friend is like a ghost,
whose spirit never dies.
A friend is like a heart that goes
strong until the end.
Where would we be in this world
if we didn't have a friend.

My teaching philosophy
Besides, i would like to create a condusive environment for my students. How can i do that? of course by create a critical thinking and asking them based on the previous lesson. I need to continue to stretch their thinking... to let them know that learning isn't always in a book or on the black board. It can also come from within their own little minds. Let their voices be heard. This will refresh their learning outcome by effective learning in the class.
As we know, induction set is the first step in the teaching process. Induction set also play an important role in the teaching process. It determine the achievement of learning objectives. So i should come with a different kind of induction set so that i can attract my students and they can focus untill the end of class.
Other than that, a good teacher is the one who have a sense of humor. I believe in that. Although the learning process is a formal activity, i can fill it with little humor. A very lame class is not suitable for learning because it may distract student's attention and they can be sleepy in the class. By creating some humor, my student will not feel bored and sleepy anymore. I hope their passion in learning also increase. Its kind of my strategy in teaching.
The other important things that should be consider is communication between teacher and student. As a teacher, we should have good personality because we are the role model for our students. The main thing is we should be a friendly teacher in order to attract students to approach us anytime. Lets consider this situation, if there are 2 teachers with different personality, first one is very hot-tempered and the other is a caring one, who do you want to be at your side when you needed? For me, i definitely choose the caring teacher so that the communication process become smooth. Actually there are a lots of things to be ponder in teaching. All these may enhance the teaching and also the learning process. Please pray for me because im on my way to the long amazing journey of teaching ^_^

DNA
DNA, or deoxyribonucleic acid, is the hereditary material in humans and almost all other organisms. Nearly every cell in a person’s body has the same DNA. Most DNA is located in the cell nucleus (where it is called nuclear DNA), but a small amount of DNA can also be found in the mitochondria (where it is called mitochondrial DNA or mtDNA).
The information in DNA is stored as a code made up of four chemical bases: adenine (A), guanine (G), cytosine (C), and thymine (T). Human DNA consists of about 3 billion bases, and more than 99 percent of those bases are the same in all people. The order, or sequence, of these bases determines the information available for building and maintaining an organism, similar to the way in which letters of the alphabet appear in a certain order to form words and sentences.
DNA bases pair up with each other, A with T and C with G, to form units called base pairs. Each base is also attached to a sugar molecule and a phosphate molecule. Together, a base, sugar, and phosphate are called a nucleotide. Nucleotides are arranged in two long strands that form a spiral called a double helix. The structure of the double helix is somewhat like a ladder, with the base pairs forming the ladder’s rungs and the sugar and phosphate molecules forming the vertical sidepieces of the ladder.
An important property of DNA is that it can replicate, or make copies of itself. Each strand of DNA in the double helix can serve as a pattern for duplicating the sequence of bases. This is critical when cells divide because each new cell needs to have an exact copy of the DNA present in the old cell.

Alhamdulilah
Syukur alhamdulilah.....
we are still able to celebrate our Hari Merdeka (Independence Day).
Just to remind myself and all Malaysian that Merdeka isn’t just about celebration, having a good time or a public holiday. It’s about knowing where we stand, understanding where we come from, taking time to learn about our origins and recognizing our own values as a citizen of Malaysia.
I wish "Selamat Hari Merdeka"
I'm proud to be a Malaysian

Lab TBG 2013
Assalamualaikum...good morning
What is Biology without any experiment?Actually biology is associated with experiment which make this subject more interesting. Last week, my friends and I have done an experiment about our blood type and Rhesus. Actually this experiment wasn't our first time because most of us already experienced it in matriks.
First, Dr Fatimah explained the procedure of the experiment. She said the tip of lancet must be fully embedded in our fingertip in order to get enough blood for the test. Some of us was freaking out but for me it was nothing to be afraid. Sometime learning can be risky too. I am so exited eventhough i have already know my blood type except Rhesus test.
I asked my friend to prick my middle finger on my left hand with the lancet. I dont feel any pain although she pricked my finger for the third times...perhaps my epidermis is thick...hehe...
Then i tested my blood with antigen A,B and Rhesus....and as i know, my blood type is b-.
It makes me worry because my Rhesus test is negative..huh...
At the end of the experiment, all the data of each member in the class was collected. It is interesting experiment to me although it is the simple one..The benefit is i can save my trip to see doctor because i know my blood type...hehe..
happy fasting to all muslim

my first e-portfolio
For those who are familiar with eportfolio and have their own blog have the advantage.
But for me and the other friends, we have to start from the basic on how to create a blog.Actually this blog is about education especially in Biology but yet I can still put my personal life story.
Honestly, i took long time to create it. First I have to sign up to google account. Then I can create my blog at blogspot.com. And now, here is my simple blog. Please teach me so that I can enhance my blog =)
